How it works
- Send us the details of a high-calibre specialist, or a business that could use Flex.
- We reach out, qualify the referral and explore how Flex can help.
- When your referral results in a successful engagement, we send your reward.
Up to $1,500 for a successful candidate referral, and $500 to $2,000 for a client introduction, based on contract value.
