Referral programme terms

Draft: reward amounts and the approver are awaiting Rob's confirmation (PRD open question). The amounts below carry over from the current site and may change before launch.

These terms govern your participation in the Flex referral programme operated by Flex (a subsidiary of EPiC Agile). By submitting a referral, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

  • Referrers must be 18 years or older.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official form at epicflex.com.au/refer.
  • You may not refer yourself, or a person or business you currently work for, represent or own, without prior written approval from Flex.

2. Valid referrals

  • A referred candidate is not already in Flex's database or in active discussions with Flex.
  • A referred client has not engaged Flex in the past 12 months.
  • The referral has accurate contact details, and the person referred has agreed to be referred.

3. Reward criteria

  • A referred candidate is placed in a role by Flex and completes the term of the engagement.
  • A referred client engages Flex and a contract of at least $10,000 AUD is executed and paid.

4. Reward amounts (draft)

  • Candidate referrals: up to $1,500 AUD, depending on the role and the client engagement.
  • Client referrals: between $500 and $2,000 AUD, based on the contract value.
  • Rewards are paid within 30 days of meeting the criteria and Flex's internal approval.

5. Payment

Rewards may be paid by bank transfer, gift card or another approved format at Flex's discretion. You're responsible for any tax on a reward you receive.

6. Multiple referrals

If several people refer the same person or business, only the first eligible referrer (by time received) receives the reward.

7. Changes

Flex may amend, pause or end the programme at any time, and may withhold rewards where fraud, misconduct or a breach of these terms is suspected.

8. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the programme is handled under our privacy and collection notice and the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
